A 20% deposit of your total booking fee is required to confirm your reservation, and this amount is non – refundable under any circumstance. If you are able to make the full payment, we are pleased to offer you a 2% discount on the total cost.
The full payment must be completed 7 days before your arrival date.
The 20% non-refundable deposit is part of the full payment.
If you decide to cancel your booking within 7 days of your arrival date, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation is free if made 21 days or more before your estimated arrival date.

Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness for the chosen trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions should be communicated to the Company in advance.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, third parties, or the services provided by hotels or adventure event providers. We do not assume responsibility for injuries or deaths. Participants are urged to adhere to safety guidelines provided by the Company, hotels, and event providers. Additionally, in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure), the Company’s liability may be further limited. Travelers and all members of their party assume all risks associated with the trip.
