Cancellation and Payment Policy

Deposit Policy
Secure your spot with just a 10% deposit of your total booking fee.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Schedule
We kindly request 50% of the total booking fee to be paid twenty days before your arrival date.
The remaining balance should be settled seven days before your arrival date, allowing us to finalize all arrangements for your unforgettable journey.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made after twenty days before your arrival date, 25% of the 50% booking fee will be charged.
No-Show Policy: Didn’t arrive? A 100% charge will apply, as we’ll have reserved everything just for you.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed quickly, within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
Trip Itinerary
The trip itinerary will be provided after the deposit is paid. It can be adjusted according to your preferences at any time. Our experts are always ready to ensure that we provide the best service for our valued clients.
Please note that the trip itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. The company will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative in such cases.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and health requirements.
Compliance with local laws, customs, and regulations is expected.
Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness for the chosen trip. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions should be communicated to the Company in advance.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may affect your travel plans.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, third parties, or the services provided by hotels or adventure event providers. We do not assume responsibility for injuries or deaths. Participants are urged to adhere to safety guidelines provided by the Company, hotels, and event providers. Additionally, in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure), the Company’s liability may be further limited. We consistently engage with reputable and professional hotels and adventure event providers to ensure the highest standards of service and safety for our valuable participants.
Travelers and all members of their party assume all risks associated with the trip.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party
